First off I have just a little frustrated vent, My neice is set to get married June 13th 2009. Well a while back the man aka the babies father and her broke up so she went after him for child support. (good thing) so now they are planning their wedding and so he wouldn't have to pay child support they went to the church and got married. (justice of the peace was booked) so my theory is ok your already married why don't you just have a big reception 2009 june? Nope they are doing the church again but renewing vowels but wearing the wedding dress and all that. I can feel I will be getting my "Jerry" beads before it is all said and done lol
On to other news, The girls are both doing well we just received the test scores from the Ohio acheivement test and Ash scored off the charts, I am very proud of her. Miss Ali has lost her to top teeth and is as cute as a button she has her big gummy smile hee hee. The girls will now wear uniforms to school in the fall which is ok with me, My Mom purchased them already and sent them to the girls that was mighty nice and helpful of her.
This weekend we will be having a cookout bash the 4th is my brothers b-day so he always has a great firework show. We went out to his place last night for a sneak peek hee hee. I hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th!
Love to you all ~Leanna
I was kept pretty busy with the last few weeks of school. We had a lot of 5th grade functions going on also K field trips to the Zoo and to the Teachers house that one was a blast and so relaxing the kids had a grand time. They had a K graduation ceremony it was so sweet and somewhat sad to realize that they are going into 1st grade already. The last day of school was really a sad day, Allison came down the school stairs crying and I looked up to see her Teacher crying as well, she thought she would never see her teacher again and I had to reasure her she would.
We are doing the summer reading program through the library. I am so proud of both my girls they both got several books out and have read quite a few so far. They like to read thats a given. We also are going out to my Brothers quite often to ride horses too. Ali is a born cowgirl. She even rode bare back yesterday she was to funny. I signed Ash up for some classes at the Comm. Center, Quilting, Cooking, Knitting and Cheer. So my summer will be fun filled. Nothing else to major going on around here. Just keeping it simple and interesting. I hope all is well with you and yours.

whoever started the fires in Fl need to be SHOT!!!! They said on the news they have atleast 100 leads well HELLO WTF. My parents and other family are still in the danger zone so please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. How can people be so cruel to put so many peoples lives in danger????
I did have to laugh my Mom told me that this Woman was on TV crying out for help and when the fire department went to her house it was a dope house and her crop burnt come on where is your BRAIN.
On to other news
Who all is having a K graduation at their schools? We just got the invite yesterday. I am excited and sad at the same time. It is hard to beleive they are finishing up K already. I hope you and yours are well.
Love to you all ~ Leanna
Man oh Man is this month busy and going fast. Speaking of Calendars my May month is jam packed with all sorts of things. On top of that DH is working all kinds of wacky shifts UGH. Tomorrow Ashlee's class invited all the Moms for a morning treat and a gift for Mother's day thats so sweet. School is coming to an end, this year has flown by so fast it is unbeleiveable. Tomorrow I am working at the school that closed last year. It is Temp housing the 6th graders so it will be bittersweet for me. Then Friday I get to count books how exciting lol.
I'm sorry to hear that a good friend of mine is having such a tough time not only with life dealings but with a freak who keep googling her. I hope things look up for my friend soon. {{HUGS}} to her and Ms. V.
Nothing else majorly exciting to go on about lol just life itself. I hope all is well with you and yours. Oh yeah I forgot, My one school I work at is trying to get me to be the In school susp Teacher haa haa I will keep you posted on that one.
It's funny to sit back and think of all the things a child says to you. I actually find myself driving and laughing at times. Miss Ali is a hoot to say the least, She is very anal hummm wonder where she gets that from. I noticed on one of her papers her "S" was was backwards so I said that silly snake was trying to sqirm away from you and wiggled backwards. Well that was a bad thing because she became very offended and erased it and fixed it. I mentioned to her Teacher today and she said that was funny cause when she said Birdy the way she said it was cute and the Teacher mimicked her and she said Ali didn't find the humor in it lol.
The girls both had their yearly well check ups they call them. Both are doing well. Funny thing is Ash is 9 and weighs 51 lbs and 15.68 oz. Ali is 6 and is 52 lbs and 6.72 oz. Twins 3 years apart???? I've been ready to pull my hair out with Ash, I think she is seeing how far she can push me. The mouth and attitude UGH...I keep telling myself. "THIS TOO SHALL PASS"
Wow it's been a while since I just tossed my hands up in the air and said "F" it I can't please everyone and I am no where ner perfect nor do I claim to be. Anyway........
Things in the Jansen house are going well. Dan has been working tons, seems he is always getting called into covere hear lately. I am enjoying working for the school system as a Clerical Assistant. The girls are both doing excellent in school both have been on honor roll all year and I am very proud. This week they have big testing going on in all the schools. I am still doing my weekend job of private nursing putting him to bed and doing range of motion. I beleive this is my last weekend and sadly to say I am glad. I've worked every Sat and Sun since V-day weekend.
Ash took up quilting during a class over spring break and she awesome at it. I will have to take pictures to share. Ali is now riding a 2 wheeler. Funny story about that is we took the wheels off her bike and she would get frustrated with it so we said when your ready you will get it. So Dan puts air in Ashlees old little bike tires and guess what, Off Ali went with no problem. Not sure what the deal was but she is riding like shes been doing it for years.
We have only 28 days of school left. I am so ready for Summer break. Not sure whats in the plans yet but I do know some R & R lol I hope things are well with you and yours.
Excited!
